Ruling on praying in clothes that were licked by a cat

If one’s clothes, hands or any part of the body is licked by a cat, will it be permissible to pray without washing it?

If a cat licks ones body part or clothes, or its saliva spreads over it, then it is essential to wash that certain part. Leaving it unwashed will be makrooh (disliked). [Bahishti Zewar]

Abu Hurairah (may Allah  be pleased with him) narrated that: the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Wash the vessel the dog has drunk from seven times: the first or the last of them with dirt. And when the cat drinks out of it, wash it once.” [Tirmidhi 91]
