Ruling about 2% incentive on remittance given by the government of Bangladesh

Question:

The Government of Bangladesh is currently giving a 2% incentive on money sent by expatriate Bangladeshis, e.g. If you are a Bangladeshi national sending money back home, the government will add 2% to your transfer. The 2% incentive will be given to remittance receivers either as cash or into their bank accounts. Is it permissible to accept that 2% incentive or will it be considered as interest?

Amongst them one is the tongue.  Allah has bestowed this blessing to fulfill the multiple needs of us by utilising it in the correct manner. It plays a leading role in expressing the sorrows, laughter and tears of the human mind. It can be said the tongue is the best human resource. It can be used to utter good or bad. Duty of a Muslim is to utilise the tongue for good purposes and safeguard it from evil.

What are the sunnah materials to use in terms of washing the deceased?

I’ve heard that we should use water boiled with leaves of a certain tree. I’ve heard various names of trees such as lotus, sidr, lote and saltwort. Is this correct? If so, which tree/s is the best to use?

Washing the hair: Is it correct that we should use marsh mallow plant?

Applying perfume: Is it true that we should use something called Hanut on the head/beard? I tried to find out what it is but did not manage to find anything.

Question:

Will it be permissible to lend someone money (qardh) with the condition of paying zakat on that amount? For example: one is to lend £2,000 for 2 years, adding condition for the borrower to pay zakat on that amount for the duration of 2 years on behalf of the lender.
